Energy Efficient Home Services is an independent auditor/contractor coordinator for the program. We do the audit, analysis, modeling and verification for program's contractors. By being an independent auditor you can be sure that the Scope of Work meets the BPI and HERS standards of "Whole House Systems" and not a particular contractors area of business. We work with all contractors, you choose the contractors who have the specialized areas of work to do the jobs they are most capable of performing. You can choose any approved contractor for the work. We do the final test out to be sure that the work was done correctly and safely.
